- Beans – Sliced
- Carrots – Chopped
- Fenugreek One Teaspoon
- Green Chillies 2 Chopped
- Salt to taste.
- Coconut Cream
- Methi – Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Optional)
- Chopped Curry leaves
Add Onions, Curry leaves, Fenugreek, Green chillies and mix all well.
Add the sliced beans. Add all the ingredients.
Mix them well. Cook for few minutes make sure the lid is closed.
After few minutes remove the lid. Mixed it again Close and cook for few minutes.
Open the lid put the salt. Once it is cooked open the lid.
Switch off the pan.
Add lime juice mix it again and leave it for few minutes so that get mixed well.
