Keerai Curry Recipe


  • Chopped keerai (Kankung)
  • Chopped Onions
  • Sliced Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut Cream
  • Lime


Put the chopped leaves, Onions, Garlic, and Salt then add few teaspoons of
Coconut Cream.

Cook on high flame and Make sure the lid is closed.

When steam comes around about open the lid, mix it well add salt and coconut cream if needed.

Once it is done, switch off and immediately put some lime.

Important Note

The curry leaves should be looking green to taste well.
That is the reason to cook this in high heat and never cook this for too long.
